About us.

Yellow was created based on the lived experience of our Founder, Skye Romuld.

At the young age of 29, she was diagnosed with burnout, major depression and severe anxiety at the peak of her advertising career working as a Group Client Director in New York. Working lengthy hours, experiencing daily panic attacks, being digitally connected 24/7 and having a never-ending to-do list had become the norm for her. When diagnosed by her doctor, she was surprised to understand the drastic impact this working relationship was having on her mental and physical health.

After an extensive recovery with the help of western and holistic medicine, a newfound passion for supporting individuals experiencing mental illness within the corporate sector was born.

This formed the foundations of Yellow.

We are your former colleagues that understand your workplace inside out and what impacts employees' mental wellbeing. Our unique combination of professional experience, formal education and research can provide your company with highly beneficial hands-on consulting services.

Yellow is grounded on 15 years of corporate and management experience and academic certifications: Graduate Certificate in Mental Health, Bachelor of Business Management and Mental Health First Aid.
